Sealed Randomized Products — Final Sale

Booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), and other sealed randomized TCG products are non-returnable and final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items once the order is placed.

Why? This is the industry standard adopted by Amazon, TCGPlayer, CardMarket, and most local game stores. Sealed packs can be resealed after the cards have been removed — a form of fraud that affects both buyers and sellers. To protect our community, all sealed randomized products are final sale.

Sealed Non-Randomized & Accessories

Theme decks, structure decks, deck boxes, sleeves, playmats, and other non-randomized sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unopened and in its original packaging
  • All tags and seals are intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order number)

Single Cards

Single card returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The card condition does not match the listing (e.g., received MP instead of NM)
  • You received the wrong card

Cards returned due to buyer's remorse or because you pulled a better copy are not eligible for a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged in transit or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on stock availability.

How to Return

    Email us at support@juanpuskal.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.

    We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

  3. 3

    If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

  4. 4

    Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

  • GCash / QR PH: 3–5 business days after approval
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • COD: Store credit or GCash refund within 3–5 business days
