For users who signed in via Facebook, Google, or email

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You can request complete deletion of your personal data from Juan Puskal TCG at any time using either of the methods below.

Email us directly

Send a deletion request to support@juanpuskal.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.

Delete your account from the app

Sign in to your account, go to My Account, and use the “Delete Account” option. This will immediately remove your profile and personal data.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email address)
  • Your wishlist and saved preferences
  • Your login credentials and session data

What We Must Retain

Order records (items purchased, shipping address, payment confirmation) are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Philippine tax and commerce regulations. These records are anonymised where possible after account deletion.

Processing Time

We will process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt and send a confirmation email once complete.

Facebook-Specific Deletion

If you signed in using Facebook Login and want to revoke Juan Puskal TCG's access to your Facebook data, you can also do so directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Click “Apps and Websites”
  3. Find “Juan Puskal TCG” and click Remove

This removes Facebook's connection to our app. To also delete data stored on our servers, follow the email method above.
