Terms of Service

1. Platform Overview

Juan Puskal TCG is an online store and peer-to-peer trading platform for Trading Card Game (TCG) products in the Philippines. When you use Juan Puskal TCG's marketplace or QuickSell features, you are transacting directly with another private individual. Juan Puskal TCG acts only as a fee-collection intermediary and is not a party to any buyer-seller transaction. Juan Puskal TCG does not take title to goods, does not guarantee item condition, and does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.

For first-party store purchases (items sold directly by Juan Puskal TCG), Juan Puskal TCG is the seller.

2. Buyer Obligations

By purchasing or initiating a transaction on this platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information and a valid delivery address.
  • Complete payment in a timely manner as agreed with the seller.
  • Confirm receipt of items via the platform's "Deal Done" mechanism when applicable.
  • Contact the seller directly to resolve any concerns before escalating.

3. Seller Obligations

By listing an item for sale on this platform, you agree to:

  • Provide an accurate description of the item, including its true condition.
  • Honor the listed price for the duration of the listing.
  • Fulfill the transaction in a timely manner after a buyer commits.
  • Accept responsibility for items damaged or lost due to your chosen shipping method.

4. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from peer-to-peer transactions (QuickSell or Marketplace) are between the buyer and the seller directly. Juan Puskal TCG is not a party to these disputes and does not provide arbitration or mediation services. Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably. Juan Puskal TCG may, at its discretion, suspend accounts involved in repeated unresolved disputes.

5. Return & Refund Policy

First-party store purchases (items sold directly by Juan Puskal TCG):

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they arrive in a condition significantly different from the listing description.
  • To initiate a return, email support@juanpuskal.com with your order number and photos of the item.
  • Approved returns will receive a store credit or replacement, at Juan Puskal TCG's discretion.
  • Sealed products opened by the buyer are not eligible for return.

Marketplace and QuickSell transactions are governed by the buyer-seller agreement. Juan Puskal TCG does not process refunds for peer-to-peer transactions.

6. Fee Schedule

QuickSell Listing Fee: 1% of the asking price, minimum ₱10. Charged to the seller upfront. Non-refundable.

Marketplace Listing Fee: 1% of the asking price, minimum ₱10. Deducted from the seller's credit wallet upon listing creation. Non-refundable.

Platform Fee: 1.75% of the agreed transaction price, minimum ₱10. Charged to the seller after a deal is confirmed (Marketplace or QuickSell Full Mode).

All fees are inclusive of 12% Philippine VAT. Official receipts are issued for all fee transactions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

By using Juan Puskal TCG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
